My name is Julie Nottage and having spent almost 30 years in the Corporate Sales world of Procter & Gamble plus a few years at Carl ZEISS Vision UK,

I have learned that my passions are Sales and People. The two go hand in hand as you can only achieve success through great people and not despite them.

I have experienced many different business sectors from Vidal Sassoon salons to Pharmacy to Grocery and B2B. I have also had the joy of selling a multitude of brands including the likes of Iams & Eukanuba Pet Care, Max Factor cosmetics, Ariel, Pampers, Pantene, Flash and Fairy. More recently I have been working as Sales Director for Carl ZEISS managing a team of people growing the business with Independent Opticians.

 

Through all these experiences the constant has been the joy of managing and coaching people to success and fulfilment and having had 200+ direct reports across the years I have learned a lot!

 

I was also designer and owner of the P&G Corporate Leadership course which I managed Globally for more than 20 years. I have designed and delivered training in negotiation, communication, appraisal management to name but a few. Training is a huge passion!

Topics have ranged from sales training, leadership, assessment centres, business advice, communication skills and Influential management.
